hey, you are using rom bb right? if after a week using this and i'm finding my phone become slow, what cause it? am i must clear dalvik-cache on recovery menu?
while i'm using another rom (not bb) and doing clear dalvik-cache, my phone hang on boot screen.
i want to use bb :) now i'm still using purehandler 1.0 afterall

This recovery is based off of Amon_RA's source. I compiled it from source for the CliqXT/Quench. Just about all of this was from his hard work. I thank him for releasing his source and also KB7SQI for helping me compile my 1st kernel a while back. The version number is based on source/scripts.

Instructions:

Hey DJSwiggle, the rom booted up fine. Took a little while, but that's to be expected since there are a lot of apps to load. When I tried to update launcher pro to the newest version it kept coming up "installation failed". I have paid to use the plus version like a month ago, so I thought it was wierd it wouldn't let me update. Other than that the internal free space was as you predicted. Besides the launcher not being able to instal,l the rom worked great. Unfortunately I went back to your updated rom since I couldn't get the launcher to work. Cool apps though, so what I did was saved the new apps that rom had and put them on your updated rom. Thanks!

How is it working for you, 200+mb space left over and still pretty quick?

Hey DJ, Wanted to see if you would test this out for me. This is just a test of the one I am using now. It has a lot of apps already loaded. Let it start up all the way with the Red arrow. Just follow the install on the first page. Make sure your ext partition is ext3 for the apps2sd to work. After the last reboot when you apply the Move Dalvik-cache to SD script in Gscript, you should have about 213mb to 215mb free space in internal space now. If you do not like an app, just uninstall it. I am trying to see how well it performs with a lot of apps installed. I am using jr_r0dds beta 7 now. with a2sd, dav. & cache2sd, and i did swap. I used the install he gave. it runs great.. Is there more i can do? Working on a Miami Heat Theme for that beta 7..
