Yeah, Backup your SDCard. Then format it. This helped me back in the day.

I used to have this problem but it was related to an application (Locale in my case) polling the WiFi status. It was something related to the Cliq hardware.

Most of these issues happen from data on your SD card. I suggest doing as @rockettpc instructed:

Because it used to happen to me and many others who were just as skeptical. That's usually the issue. If it were common I think the ROM would have died,

I've changed my battery with new (but it's BC50 1300mA. I can not find BP6X in place where I am) and I also have often reboots (
