[TMo] What phone would you get today?

    With no announcement or even fair rumors of the Galaxy Nexus in site on TMo, if you had a choice today, what would you get?

    HTC Incredable
    HTC Amaze
    Galaxy S2

    Still up in the air on holding out just a little bit longer, but part of me has the upgrade itch.

    I just got the Amaze and got the wife the SGS2. Both phones are nice...they both have their ups and downs....Amaze has hardly any development support. And I'm not looking to do anything to the SGS2... I have been waiting for CM9 or ICS(HTC) Before I start messing with it...so far I'm just trying to adjust from a lack of a hardware keyboard..

    The HTC Ville is gonna be coming up for T-Mobile, it might be worth the wait. Its gonna be a dual core with a AMOLED display (better than the S-LCD that HTC usually uses)

    its gonna have Snapdragons S4 chip (which if your a gps freak, has the capability to use a second network of GPS satellites from russia on top of the normal network) also it has a better battery life compared to previous Snapdragon models. Its gonna be the skinniest T-Mobile handset also its suppose to have an amazing camera that is suppose to rival point and shoots :)
    Overall i think that may be better than any of those above phones ;)

    but like ive said before also, take them for a test drive, it doesnt matter how good the HW is if it doesnt feel right in your hands :)

    I just got the wife the Amaze 4g and it is a pretty amazing device. I have been a moto guy (had thr original cliq and have the c2 now) but i am thinking of getting one off contract its that nice.

    The Ville sounds amazing.  Yes im a GPS freak.  I still have an old gps around here somewhere from when i was a kid.  Green LCD.  :)

    The main turnoff on the HTC is the screen, so AMOLED sounds nice.  Looking up specs now. :)

    After looking at some of the let downs on the HTC One S  (battery for one) Is it still the phone to get?  I wish the Galaxy Nexus would come out.  Not trying to wait much more longer then April.

    The non-removeble battery on the OneS is a deal breaker for me. I need spare batteries like I need oxygen..

    I dont care samsung galaxies so: 

    -HTC One X
    -HTC Sensation XE or XL
    -HTC EVO 3D
    -HTC DESIRE HD
    The best options today are HTC's bcause of battery, ICS actualisation, sense , and cool camera.

    Just puttin this out there, theres a rumor that the HTC One X will come to T-Mobile USA as the G4X (G1, G2 and G2X's bigger bro) and as usual with the G series it will be pure AOSP.


    Just a reminder its the one with the Tegra 3, SLCD2 (which ive heard looks freakin amazing) has a HD resolution  and its clocked at 1.5GHz (iirc)

    Oh and to answer the question, if i were to get a T-Mobile phone out today I'd go with the SGSII for specs and the Amaze for quality feel in hand.

    Id honestly be stuck on those 2 lol
    Probably go with the SGSII though if you can't handle lack of development ;) Amaze development is going slower than snails pace.

    @JassyCliq - Ya it is....but im Content with NRGZ Energy 3.0 Sense Rom. It offers no bugs and its fast, stable and has great battery life. Cant wait till ICS hits the airwaves and someone puts out a good ROM.
    I also have the SGSII, well the wife has it, and its a great phone as well. If only i can root the damn thing to see its potential. Haha

    @Double0EK I can't believe how slooooowwwwww the development is for our Amaze :(  I downloaded Bulletless  yesterday it's sense free... but I h8 the keyboard. Oh how I wish we could have cyanogen on this bad boy even if it was CM7 I'd be happy...  I miss theme chooser

    @ngiordano or @JassyCliq the Amaze needs help. I know you guys don't have the phone but I was just wondering if you guys can help getting an ICS Kernel built for the Amaze. #justwondering

    Well I'd just say wait for HTC to release the ICS kernel. You guys are gonna get it, its just a matter of patience. It would be much better for you guys to have a kernel from HTC than some hacked up one ;)
