What are you trying to do?

You can use the kitchen to work on the ROM, and apktools to decompile and recompile apks.

@sudoadam sir actually my problem is that. I am having a device micromax a70 whose makers are refusing us to provide the source code which is preventing us to unlock the potential of our device so via this tool I want to decompile the rom and want to recompile according to my convinence. ie cm7 support, overclock etc.

"Decompiling" doesn't do what you think it does. It does not generate source code from compiled source. It generates Dalvik bytecode (which is useless if you're just trying to port).

You can take a generic build of CyanogenMod 7 and push device files from /system/lib/ of your current ROM to /system/lib/ of the CM build to get things working (this is not ideal, but it's the way I used to port Froyo to the CLIQ.)

As for overclocking, you won't get accomplish anything by "decompiling."  You'll need to try to implement some overclock source in the Android modified Linux kernel with options specific for your device.  Your manufacturer must provide the kernel source.  If they don't tell them that under the GNU GPL they have to.  Hopefully they will comply.
