Thank you @Turl for all your work on the build for the XT. Your continued work made this possible. Stop over to M3 and give him a thanks. He helped tremendously. "TEAM ROGUE" @JassyCliq, @csolanol, @dwagner and I put this together so that Cliq/Dext users could get to experience CM7. Thanks to @Br3ttu @Firesnatch @1madfitter @handlerexploit @toxigenicpoem @sudoadam @adlx @j_r0dd and many others for there input and help

What works:

CPU scaling in CM settings. (Smartass, lag free,interactive governors added. OCed to 768 Mhz) Thanks@Jassycliq
Improved battery
Keyboard Backlight (Now works with light sensors) Amazing job @dwagner and @JassyCliq
Calls
Data
FM radio
WiFi
Bluetooth (No need to toggle mute on/off)(To play music effortlessly through Bluetooth download BTmono from Market)
Speaker phone (No need to toggle mute on/off)
GPS
Camera (Stock camera has a lot of lag. This is the MIUI camera: http://www.mediafire.com/?jpdplli44qdj1fd This will replace the stock camera. Wipe Dalvik and flash it in recovery.) (Zoom does not work at highest resolution)
Camcorder
SD Card
USB (If you have trouble syncing SD Card to PC. Unplug cable and plug it back in)
Proximity

Barcode scanning
Reboot to recovery
SYM Key
HQ YouTube playback
Pretty much everything CM4Morrison had working. Also this is OCed. Just install SetCPU. 528 Mhz by default for those who don't wan't or can't OC.
Plus much much more!

Please follow the instructions carefully:

First Time Install

Download latest update: Download Link
Download super-wipe.zip: http://www.mediafire.com/?x4dteoqsonzkr9n
Put both on the root of your SD card.
Boot to your recovery
Flash super-wipe.zip first
Wipe data/factory reset
Flash latest nightly
Fix permissions
Reboot.
After boot let it settle for 10 minutes.
Open Rom Manager.
If you haven't done so, it is recommended you flash ClockworkMod recovery. (To use: Volume-up/down, Camera button-select)
Go to "Download ROM>Google Apps
Download latest Google Apps (top)
After download a window will pop up.
Leave Wipe Dalvik checked. I recommend Backup as well.
The rest will be automated assuming you flashed ClockworkMod Recovery.

Updating from previous build (Post 06/05/11)

SD card update

Download latest update: http://download.cyanogenmod.com/?device=morrison
Place it on the root of your SD for simplicity.
Open Rom Manager (If you are using ClockworkMod Recovery 2.5.1.2)
Select "Install ROM from SD Card
Select the latest nightly
A window will pop up. Leave "Wipe Dalvik" checked
Put a check next to Backup Current ROM
Let your phone reboot and the rest is automated.
When finished booting, open Rom Manager and install the latest Gapps again
Just Wipe Dalvik
Reboot and enjoy

If you have a legitimate Rom Manager Premium. Open Rom Manager and "Check for ROM Updates" for even more ease.

Log in using Setup Wizard. You'll get a check-list to download some of the important apps.

(Setup Wizard might loop back to android after setup. press the home button and launchers should show.)

Please enable CMStats. The little icon in the upper left corner. It's anonymous.

Install the launcher of your choice if you like.

Go into /settings/cyanogenmod settings/performance and disable compcache

Put a check by "Lock home in memory.

Some say to keep surface dithering disabled. I enable mine. I don't like the gradient banding. I haven't found it to impact performance much.

Set your CPU governor the way you like.

Reboot so that it could finish binding your settings.

Using Titanium Backup? Do not restore system settings. It will break things like WiFi.

Calibrate your battery. Download and install this app: http://www.mediafire.com/?5wib3m3afp2hem1 Charge your battery to 100% and press the calibration button in the app. To simplify things. :-)

In the new nightlies photos aren't saving Zooming is now working for higher resolutions (5MP) in the new nightlies. It should enable that capability in previous nightlies also. I also included a file to improve camcorder capture.

Multi-touch patch

I said I wouldn't create this. I decided to do it because others are creating it without warning of potential damage. There is a high risk of damaging your display with this. Our phone was not design for multi-touch. It surges the the connections in the display and renders them useless. I will not support this patch. I only created it and am now releasing it with a warning.

ngiordano - Great job, man! Love the CM7! I've been having a lot of buggy issues w/ CM7.1.0 RC0, but this should work wonders. Just wondering what you meant by "Fix permissions" under the installation procedure.

When I got to add my google account so I can sync my contacts its only letting me try to add and exchange account. Also the sym key is working on the update but it seems like a lot of the the buttons are missing

It seems like you havent thats why i ask.

And about the sym key thing, yes I have noticed that but I haven't had any issues with that, there are a lot of shortcuts on the physical keyboard, which is a lot faster than pressing the sym key, you might wanna try those =) There might or might not be more on the sym key, i highly doubt it but it might be possible

thanks @jassycliq i ask because im one of those that use this as a primary n play lots of games n do a lot of texting so storage is a must and 200mb(internal) is just too small for me.. THANKS! if u can pass me that link.

And all the games would have moved over to the SD just fine using native...I give up.

I'm keeping it as CM as possible. I will release custom mods down the road.

Yeah native app2sd is a lot better.
Not to mention its native + CM tweaks which basically moves most apps
And its more accurate also

And if you're wondering why it leaves some behind...they all do. That's how it works. If you check your phone memory after using DT, you'll see a decrease as well.
